How To Cook Eggplant Rolls With Pomegranate And Tahini - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 eggplants
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon spice for atatar
  • 80 grams of pomegranate
  • 30 grams finely chopped over
  • 2 tablespoons tahini

Method of preparation :

Cut the eggplant into 5 mm thick slices.

Coat the eggplant with olive oil and season.

Bake in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, allow the eggplant to cool.

In a bowl, mix the za'atara with pomegranate, half the mint. From the mixture put at one end of the eggplant and roll, stick in each cocktail stick or toothpick.
