Wash the aubergines, cut them in half lengthwise (leaving the tails) and put in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Take them out in a colander to drain the liquid and leave to cool. Then carve the meat and mash it with a fork.
Mix the cottage cheese with the grated yellow cheese, add the egg, garlic, green spices, mashed aubergines, salt and stir.
Distribute the stuffing in the boats formed by the vegetable peels. Arrange the aubergines in a pan on a sheet of parchment and bake for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
