How To Cook Eggplant With Minced Chicken And Cream Topping With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 long unpeeled aubergines
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 raw egg
  • 200 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise or natural yogurt
  • pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the aubergines into thin pieces, add salt and place in a bowl. Press with a plate and leave for half an hour.

Grind the fillet with a food processor (or use a mincer and a fine nozzle). Pour the minced meat with half of the cream, stir and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Then beat the egg, add a little salt and ground black pepper. Beat until creamy.

Rinse the aubergines, drain and dry. Arrange in a pan and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

When this time has elapsed, take out the dish and on each vegetable piece put 1 tablespoon (dip it in water before scooping out the mixture) from the minced meat and make rolls.

With a fork, lightly beat the mayonnaise with the remaining cream, put the garlic powder. Pour this sauce over the aubergines and bake them for 40 minutes in the oven, keeping the temperature at 200 degrees.
