Finely chop the hot peppers and put them in a bowl, add honey and salt to them. Leave to stand.
Cut the aubergines into sticks.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and fry the eggplant until crispy - about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Put the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan. Fry the meat (tofu), stirring it during frying to break up and brown. Add garlic and sesame seeds, stir. Add half a cup of basil leaves and after 2-3 season with salt.
Put the soy sauce and return the eggplant to the plate, add the chopped pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is reduced.
Serve.
