Necessary products:

 

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 250-300 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 1 pinch of savory
  • fresh parsley
  • 4 soft tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut them in half. Arrange them in a pan greased with olive oil. Heat the butter and fry the finely chopped onion and tomatoes.

Add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, savory and cumin. Crush it with a wire stirrer. Add finely chopped basil, parsley, oregano and pour the tomato puree.

Stir and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the eggs, add the yellow cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Cool, pour portions and serve.
