How To Cook Eggs In A Casserole With Ham, Garlic And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Eggs in a casserole with ham, garlic and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 thin slices of ham
  • 4 teaspoons cream
  • 1 small clove of garlic, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh herbs of your choice / thyme, basil, rosemary /
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper.
  • Distribute the ham without touching the slices and bake for about 7 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool briefly and chop finely.
  • Mix the cream with the garlic. Stir.
  • Prepare 4 pots and put 1 teaspoon of garlic cream in each of them.
  • Distribute evenly 2/3 of the roasted ham and fresh herbs.
  • Beat 1 egg, sprinkle with remaining ham and herbs and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Bake the eggs for 15 minutes or until desired.
  • Serve them warm with toasted bread and butter.
