Required products :

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tea cream
  • 3/4 tea cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Colby cheese or Swiss cheese

Method of preparation :

Cut the dough into 9 squares, following the lines along which the dough was folded.

Turn the muffin tray upside down and press the rectangles around the cups. Bake at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes until the cups are golden.

Wait for them to cool for 3 minutes before pulling them out of the tins, then cool completely to room temperature.

Use 1 tablespoon of oil and spread it on a pan. Sprinkle with parmesan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs with the cream and beat to a froth.

Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the eggs on low heat (they should not be fully cooked). Remove from the heat and pour the Alfredo sauce.

Fill the baskets with the eggs and place in the prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper and put the grated Swiss cheese on the eggs. Bake for 20 minutes until the dough is completely done and the eggs are golden.
