Required products :

thin strips of prosciutto
eggs
grated yellow cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley

Determine the quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings.

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.
Prepare a suitable form with 12 or 6 indentations (like a muffin tin). Grease the bottom and walls of each with olive oil, cover with thin strips of prosciutto (or replace with ham), and some of the pieces should go out of the dish by about 2.5 centimeters. In each future basket put 1 full tablespoon of grated yellow cheese and beat 1 egg on it. Season with salt and ground black pepper, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and bake the appetizer in a preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes or until the desired readiness of the eggs.
