Put the butter and tomato sauce in a hot pan. Once the mixture is warm, add the two crushed cloves of garlic, oregano and other preferred herbs, add salt.
Fry for 15 minutes, then remove the garlic and beat the eggs in the pan.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and close the dish with a lid.
In 4 minutes the eggs will be ready and the cheese will be completely melted.
