Cut the bacon into small pieces, saturate the onion stalks, thaw the dough and roll it out (as needed to cover the bottom of the form you will use to make the dish).
Put the dough in the selected dish (spread beforehand), spread some onion, bacon and grated mozzarella on a puff pastry base, then beat the four eggs.
Put the remaining onions, bacon and mozzarella around the eggs and bake for a quarter of an hour (or until the egg whites are firm) in the oven at 220 degrees.
