Boil the eggs hard. Boil the rice in 400 milliliters of salted water until fully cooked.
Grease the bottom of a pan (25 x 14 cm) with oil (10 grams).
Add 10 grams of butter, chopped garlic and 50 grams of yellow cheese to the rice (grate beforehand). Distribute it in the prepared dish and on the surface arrange the peeled and cut into two eggs, placing them with the yolk up and press them lightly to the rice.
Then put the remaining 10 grams of butter (well chilled and grated) on the products. Sprinkle with parsley and the rest of the grated yellow cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 and bake the dish for a quarter of an hour.
