2 large fresh eggs
2 - 3 tablespoons cooking cream with fat content 33%
2 tablespoons butter
parsley

Method of preparation :
Grease a suitable mold with a capacity sufficient for one portion. Put the cream, beat the eggs, the yolks should remain whole. Season with salt and pepper, add the butter and place the dish in the oven. Let the dish cook at 200 degrees. About 10 minutes is enough. The egg whites should be firm and the yolks should remain liquid.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with toasted bread.
