Method of preparation :
Pour water over the rice, leave it overnight, and simmer the next morning until ready.
Heat a frying pan, pour in the sesame oil, add the peanut butter, pour in the ginger and chopped garlic and fry until golden, stirring constantly.
Then spread the spices on parchment and wait for them to dry.
Fry the chopped leeks for ten minutes on low heat.
When ready, increase the heat and add the rice to the pan. Stir and add salt.
Beat the egg on the rice and let the dish cook until the egg white is firm (the yolk should remain liquid).
Then sprinkle with the spicy spice of garlic and ginger and pour 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
