Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pieces of bacon
  • 2 slices of yellow cheese + 1 tablespoon grated
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 50 milliliters of wine
  • a little lemon juice
  • oil

 


Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon in four.

 

Grate 1 tablespoon yellow cheese.

 

Cut the onion head and fry in lightly in oil, add the bacon.

 

Next is the flour.

 

Fry for 1-2 minutes, season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.

 

Pour the wine, pour the grated yellow cheese into the mixture and stew until the latter melts.

 

Grease the bottom of a suitable dish with oil and put two tomato rings.

 

Pour onion and bacon on them.

 

Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

 

Pour 100 milliliters of water into a fireproof glass and carefully beat one egg in it, put a little lemon juice (1/4 teaspoon). Beat and place in the microwave (900 watts) for 2 minutes.

 

Then put the egg on the tomato slices, already covered with onions. Do the same with the second egg.

 

Cover the eggs with a piece of yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven until it melts.
