Required products :
4 eggs
2 sweet peppers
1 eggplant
tomatoes to taste
1 onion onion
to taste
salt to taste
black pepper and other spices to taste
parsley, green onions or other green spices to taste
Preparation :
Cut onions into thin slices, peppers into strips or cubes, and eggplant into thin circles.
Heat the butter in a suitable pan and first fry the eggplant on both sides.
Then add the onion and pepper. Reduce the heat and let the vegetables cook until soft.
