Boil the mushrooms, remove from the broth you have saved and cut them.
Put the buckwheat in the mushroom liquid to boil. When almost done, add the mushrooms, onion (which you can fry lightly beforehand) and finely chopped garlic. Leave the dish on the stove until the buckwheat is fully cooked.
When removed from the heat, add the grated yellow cheese, stir, it will melt and then add the cream.
Let everything simmer for about a minute to mix the flavors.
Transfer the porridge to a plate and sprinkle with fresh green spices of your choice and to taste.
