Required products :

  • 375 grams of dried fruit
  • 125 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 200 grams of cocktail cherries (different colors)
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 150 grams of diced butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Grease a rectangular pan and place a sheet of baking paper.

Mix the dried fruits, almonds, cherries and mix the flour with them.

Heat the butter and honey until melted. Cool and pour over the fruit, add the egg. Mix all products well.

Put them in the pan and press them well to get a thick tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 170 degrees.

Cool completely in the pan.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. When half of it has melted, start stirring, so there is no danger that you will burn it, and it will melt evenly.

Pour the chocolate over the marshmallows of dried fruit and cool for 2-3 hours. Cut the energy cake into pieces and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
