Grease a small square pan with butter and cover it with parchment paper, leaving the edges to come out of the pan.
Mix sesame seeds with coconut, peanuts and salt. Mix honey with peanut butter and vanilla extract and pour over sesame seeds.
Mix well and level the mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove the sesame block from the pan, along with the paper, and allow to cool for 30-40 minutes. Remove the paper (if it crumbles, wait for it to cool) and cut into 16 pieces.
You can store the blocks for up to 3 days at room temperature, wrapped in parchment and stored in a box.
