How To Cook Energy Drink With Dates, Cashews And Rose Water - Recipe

Energizing drink of strong earl gray tea, flavored with rose water, sweetened with naturally sweet dates and Turkish delight powder.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked in water for 4 hours
  • 1 cup strong gray tea (or 2 tea bags of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or other choice)
  • 4 dates
  • 2 tablespoons Turkish delight powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy powder (optional)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 cup ice

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Soak 2 tablespoons of Early Gray tea leaves in a glass of hot water and let stand for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can put 2 tea bags in a cup of hot water. When cool to room temperature, store the drink in the refrigerator to cool.

Blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds cold gray ear tea, raw cashews, coconut milk, dates, Turkish delight powder, poppy powder, rose water and ice. Adjust to sweetness and add more rose water if desired. Pour the drink into glasses and sprinkle with dried rose if desired.
