Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar crystals
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 frozen butter (125 grams)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and stir. Grate the frozen butter to the flour with a grater and mix with your fingers to get crumbs. Add the raisins.

Beat the cream with the egg and add it to the flour. Stir with a fork, you will get soft pieces of dough.

With your hands, start pressing the dough at one end of the bowl to form a ball - this may take some time. When you knead the dough, transfer it to a well floured work surface. Roll lightly in a circle, about 16 centimeters in diameter and about 1 centimeter thick. Sprinkle generously with sugar and cut the dough into 8 equal triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a space between each cookie.

Bake for 15-17 minutes at 200 degrees until lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes, after which you can serve warm or at room temperature.

Classic, the dessert is served with a cup of tea.
