Required products:

  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 2 teaspoons flour with baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 310 milliliters of low-fat milk
  • 125 grams of mixed berries

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Put baking paper in a pan.

Sift the wholemeal flour and the flour with the baking powder together in a bowl, but do not throw away what is left, but pour it over the sifted flour. Add the powdered sugar and butter and start stirring until a sandy and crumbly consistency is achieved. Then make a well in the center and pour the milk. Stir and add the berries. Carefully shape the dough into a ball.

Flour a kitchen surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 centimeters with the help of a rolling pin. Cut round pieces into shapes and place in the prepared pan. Brush the tins with a little milk and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
