Necessary products:

For the dough

5 eggs

200 grams of sugar

100 grams of flour

2 s. l. cocoa

25 grams of butter

1 tsp vanilla sugar

For the cream

150 grams of chocolate

85 grams of butter

150 grams of powdered sugar

5 tablespoons fresh milk

For the stuffing

3 bananas

2 apples

3 sec. l. butter

decoration of choice

Method of preparation:

The dough: beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes. Add the flour, vanilla sugar, cocoa and butter. Stir well.

Line a baking tray with greased baking paper and pour the dough over it. Put in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. After removing, allow to cool slightly and roll into a roll with the paper and leave in a warm place. Thus, the roll must cool to room temperature, it is made to maintain its shape.

The cream: melt the chocolate in a water bath. Heat the milk and add the powdered sugar to it and stir until the milk syrup thickens (about 5 minutes).

Beat the softened butter with a mixer (4 minutes), add the syrup and chocolate, mix until smooth. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

Stuffing: peel the bananas and apples (the latter clean the seeds), cut them into small pieces. Fry the apples in the butter until soft (3 minutes) and mix with the bananas.

Unfold the already cooled tray, remove the paper. Spread 1/3 of the chocolate cream evenly on the inside, distribute the filling and form a roll again. Cut a piece 6-7 cm diagonally from one end. Smear it with cream and glue it on the roll so as to obtain a "branch". Cover the whole dessert with the remaining cream. Make furrows with a fork. Decorate as desired.
