How To Cook Fake Steamed Legs With Melted Cheese And Chicken - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 7-8 chicken wings
  • 1 onion
  • 80 grams of melted cheese
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley

 

for the dough

 

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon and a half water
  • additional flour for kneading

 

for breading

 

  • 3 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil and bone the chicken wings. Set aside the knuckles and chop the meat finely. In a pan, heat the fat and fry the onion, finely chopped garlic clove and meat. Season with salt, black, red pepper, tomato paste and chopped parsley. Stir and when the onion is ready, cool the filling.

Make the dough by bringing the water to a boil. Add the butter, flour, salt and stir until it begins to separate from the walls of the vessel. Cool and beat the eggs one by one, stirring until smooth. Flour a plate and knead the dough. Divide it into parts and form balls.

Put a tablespoon of the meat filling in each and add sliced ​​melted cheese. Screw well on all sides and model with your fingers in the shape of a pear. Do the same with all the balls. Carefully dip them in the beaten eggs, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.

Heat more fat and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and after cooling put in the oblong part of the knuckle. Arrange the legs in a plate and serve immediately, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
