How To Cook Fast Bread With Rosemary, Butter And Olives - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 750 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of fresh bread yeast
  • half a teaspoon of fine salt
  • 450 milliliters of lukewarm water
  • extra flour
  • 100 grams of chopped olives
  • 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 pinches of sea salt

 

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and make a well in the middle. Dilute the yeast in cool water, allow to activate and combine the two mixtures. Pour the chopped olives, stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the products are mixed. Cover the resulting dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise.

Flour a plate, put the dough and shape the bread. Wait for it to double in volume again, put it in a cast iron pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the bread until done. Remove from the oven, grease with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Cool, cut and serve the delicious bread.
