Required products :
200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
4 eggs
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 small lemon
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the curd into a sieve, place on a bowl and let stand for 4 hours.
Bring the eggs to a boil (9 minutes) and then rinse with cold water. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. Using a spoon, separate the yolks.
Mix the yolks with 2 tablespoons of water and mix with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and stir again until smooth.
Gradually add the drained cottage cheese, season with salt.
Squeeze the lemon juice. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of it with vinegar, pour in the curd.
Store the obtained mayonnaise in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
