How To Cook Feet With Fresh Potatoes, Carrots And Garlic In Beer Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products for 4 servings:

 

  • 700 grams of fine fresh potatoes
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 15-20 peeled garlic cloves
  • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon dark beer
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5-6 baby carrots
  • fresh spices of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash the potatoes, dry and stew for 10 minutes in hot oil. Add the garlic cloves, rosemary and baby carrots. Pour the mixture into a pan and seal the meat on both sides in the same fat.

Distribute them among the vegetables. In the remaining oil, fry the chopped onion, add the flour, dilute with beer and stir until thickened. Season with smoked paprika and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees, spread the sauce on the products and bake until done. Sprinkle portions, serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh spices.
