How To Cook Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Cake With Hazelnuts - Recipe

Required products :

For swamps :

  • 5 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 3/4 tea cups ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

For the chocolate cream :

  • 230 grams of oil at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tea cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup homemade Nutella
  • 1 cup crushed waffles with vanilla cream

For garnish :

  • 12 Ferrero Rocher candies / or 23 if you arrange them tightly /
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped hazelnuts

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bottom and walls of a 23 cm round baking dish.
  • Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.
  • Add the ground hazelnuts and stir.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth.
  • Add the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared form and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • Allow the marsh to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
  • Meanwhile, make the glaze by melting the chocolate chips in a water bath. Cool to room temperature.
  • Beat the butter with a mixer, add the melted chocolate and homemade Nutella and mix until smooth.
  • Cut the marshmallows lengthwise into two equal parts.
  • Place one half on a tray, spread with 1/2 of the chocolate glaze and sprinkle with the crushed vanilla waffles.
  • Place the second sheet on top and apply the remaining icing, not forgetting to cover the cake on the side.
  • Garnish with candy and chopped hazelnuts, slice and serve.
