Required products :

1 chicken

mushrooms

pistachios or walnuts

spices of your choice

frying oil

 

 

Determine the quantities of the products according to your personal taste preferences and the number of portions you want to receive.

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the mushrooms. Peel the chicken, keep it whole, it will be needed to make the roll. Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the mushrooms. Add spices of your choice and taste, add the crushed nuts and mix everything well.

Distribute the resulting combination on the skin and form a roll, which wrap in foil and tighten the edges.

Place in the oven for about 50 minutes at 200 - 210 degrees. Wait for the finished roll to cool and put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or longer.

Then remove the foil, cut into pieces and serve.
