How To Cook Fettuccine With Beef Steak And Milk Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 340 grams of fetish
  • 500 grams of beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons baby spinach
  • balsamic vinegar for serving

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti fettuccine in salted water, drain and set aside (keep about 1/2 cup of boiling water to prevent the spaghetti from sticking).

Season the meat with salt and pepper on all sides. Fry the fillet on both sides for 4-5 minutes. If you want the meat to be better cooked, continue cooking.

Wait 10 minutes, then cut it into slices.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce - melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic. A minute later, add the flour and stir, pour in the milk and stir with a whisk to dissolve the lumps. Wait 5 minutes for the milk sauce to thicken.

Add parsley and parmesan, season. Add the tomatoes and after 2 minutes remove from the heat.

Add the fettuccine and spinach to the sauce. Stir, pour the meat, pour balsamic vinegar.
