How To Cook Fettuccine With Feta, Shrimp, Cherry Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Ingredients :
3 tablespoons butter

  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 500 grams of shrimp - cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 3/4 tea glass of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mozzarella
  • 2 tea cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon peeled Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber tea
  • 1 packet of 400 grams of boiled fettuccine
  • dill, salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and fry the garlic for a minute. Add the shrimp and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink. Transfer them to a plate.

In the same pan put the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the flour until golden (about 1 minute), add the milk and wine, stirring constantly. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes until it starts to thicken. Sprinkle with feta cheese (save some for garnish at the end), mozzarella and wait for it to melt. Return the shrimp to the pan, add the cucumber, tomatoes and olives.

Stir in the fettuccine sauce. Serve the dish sprinkled with dill and a little feta cheese.
