Required products :
1 kg of figs
1 kg of sugar
1 teaspoon walnuts
1 lemon
100 ml rum
Method of preparation :
Wash the figs, dry them and cut each fruit so that you can put a walnut in each of them.
Put in a deep bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Leave to stand for 3 days, do not stir during this time.
Then put on the stove, pour rum, juice of 1/2 lemon and cook the figs for 40 minutes on low heat.
Once you remove the container, let the jam cool a bit and distribute it in jars. Put a slice of lemon in each and close.
