Method of preparation:
Put the sugar, biscuits, salt and grind in the bowl of a blender. Add the butter and beat again. Spread the dough on a tart or pie tin. Cool, while preparing the cream.
Put the cream in a bowl, beat it and add the mascarpone. Add sugar, honey and some nuts. Beat until smooth and cover the biscuit base.
Arrange fresh figs on top, decorate with pistachios and honey. Cool, cut and serve.
