Necessary products:

  • cocoa powder
  • walnuts
  • 200-250 grams of dried figs
  • 1 chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation:

Soak the figs in boiling water briefly, then take them out, let them cool and dry them. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add a little butter. Make an incision in the wide part of the figs (in the shape of a cross) and fill the fruit with crushed walnuts. Carefully dip in the hot chocolate and place on a wire rack. When the glaze starts to cool, roll the figs in cocoa and decorate them with pieces of walnuts. Put the truffles prepared in this way in the refrigerator for a few hours.
