Required products :
8 liters of water
2 - 3 lemons
1/2 kg of brown sugar
1/2 kg of white sugar
1/4 teaspoon fresh yeast
raisins
Method of preparation :
Wash the lemons with a brush. Then peel them and squeeze the juice. Pour the crusts and sugar into a 10-liter container. Bring 4 liters of water to a boil and pour it over the trays. If you prefer, use only brown sugar (1 kg). Then add the remaining water, lemon juice and finally add the yeast.
The next day, pour the liquid into bottles and put 1 teaspoon of sugar and a few raisins in each. Leave for a week in the cold. If the temperature is room temperature, it will take 3 days.
The finished drink is stored in a cool place and consumed within a week after its preparation. The taste is sour-sweet and refreshing.
