How To Cook Fish Baskets With Vegetables And Cheese Hat - Recipe

Required products :

  • 550-600 grams of cod fillet or other white fish
  • 40 grams of fine oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion head
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon spice for fish
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

For the stuffing:

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small sweet pepper
  • 4-5 feathers of green onions
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • yellow cheese for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

You will get delicious baskets if you combine 350 grams of cod fillet and the rest - fatty pangasius.

Grind the fillet, add the finely chopped onion and parsley, egg, fish spices, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Put the oatmeal and mix everything well.

 

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.

 

Divide the minced meat into equal parts (6 or 8) and shape them into baskets (wet or grease your hands), which you arrange in a tray.

 

Fill them with the vegetable stuffing (topped), sprinkle with chopped green onions and grated yellow cheese on top.

 

Bake the dish in the oven on medium heat at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
