Method of preparation :
Season the fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Rinse the peppers, leeks and dill under cold running water, then cut the peppers into thin circles and chop the leeks and dill finely.
Beat the eggs, add the leeks and spread half of the mixture in a greased pan.
Arrange the fillet, sprinkle with dill, and put the peppers on it.
Fill the products with the remaining beaten eggs with leeks and cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven to 200-220 degrees until done.
