Required products :

500 grams of fish fillet

2 eggs

200 grams of flour

100 milliliters of fresh milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

a little black pepper

a pinch of ground ginger

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Grind the fillet (you can use a blender or meat grinder). Beat the eggs, add the milk, sifted flour with baking powder, salt, pepper and a little ginger. Then pour the minced fish into the dough and stir. You can add parsley or another favorite green spice. Heat the fat and fry the donuts in it, scooping the mixture with a spoon.
