How To Cook Fish Dumplings With Cream Cheese And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fish dumplings with cream cheese and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of fish fillet (white)
200 grams of cream cheese
grated rind of 1 lemon and its juice
1 small onion onion
dill
1 bay leaf
6 grains of pepper
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into random pieces. Wash the dill, divide into stalks.

Put the fish, onion, dill stalks, bay leaf, black peppercorns and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a saucepan of water.

Put the pan on the stove as soon as the liquid boils, close with a lid, remove from the heat and let the products stand for 10 minutes.

Then remove the fillet from the broth, mash it with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Add the grated citrus peel, pour the remaining lemon juice and salt to taste.

Using two tablespoons, form dumplings, which you arrange on a tray. Cover with a lid or other suitable container and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, roll the bites in finely chopped dill leaves.
