Required products :

  • 4 fish fillets of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tea cup whole cream
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

For garnish :

  • lemon slices
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Arrange the fish fillets in a baking dish without touching each other.
  • Season them on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, cream, garlic, mustard and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the chopped onion on the fish and pour the lemon-cream sauce over it.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the fish fillets warm, garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
