Learn how to cook "Fish fillet rolls with mushrooms, onions and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 kg of white fish fillet
200 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of walnuts
1 onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons tomato juice
50 grams of butter
1 lemon
100 grams of yellow
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
Cut the fillet into pieces, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop onions, mushrooms and walnuts and fry everything in butter together with finely chopped parsley.
Then add the tomato juice, spices and stew.
Wait for the mixture to cool a bit and spread on the pieces of fillet. Carefully form rolls, which you string on skewers (metal or wooden) and bake on a well-heated grill.
Arrange the finished rolls in a pan, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
