How To Cook Fish Fillet With Garlic Oil In Baking Paper - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 fillets of white fish
  • 2 zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 2-3 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1/4 tea cup butter
  • 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • sea ​​salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • hot red pepper flakes / optional /

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Remove from the heat and allow the garlic oil to cool briefly.
  • Add parsley and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  • Cut squares out of baking paper about 30 centimeters in size.
  • Arrange the vegetable sticks in the center and place one fish fillet on each.
  • Sprinkle with garlic oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Transfer the left side of the baking paper to the fish, then fold the right part over the left.
  • Twist the ends down to form a bundle.
  • Bake the fish for 20 minutes.
  • Carefully unfold the paper and serve.
