Required products :
800 grams of cod fillet
100 grams of bread
1 tea cup of milk
50 grams of butter
2 onions
3 eggs
50 grams of chopped parsley or dill
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons oil
8 cloves garlic
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard
salt to taste a
little sugar
Preparation :
Dip the bread in the milk, chop the onion and stew in the butter.
Make a puree of the fillet, bread, onion, eggs and chopped green spices. Add salt to taste.
You can grind with a meat grinder or use a blender.
From the resulting mixture form small meatballs and fry them in hot oil.
Make the sauce. Mix finely chopped garlic, egg yolks, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, ketchup, black pepper and oil. Mix everything and pour the meatballs with the aromatic combination.
Let everything simmer for a few minutes and the dish is ready.
