How To Cook Fish Meatballs With Carrots, Zucchini And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

650 grams of white fish fillet of your choice
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1/2 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
8 tablespoons oatmeal
1-2 eggs (small)
4 tablespoons flour (to roll the meatballs)
3 tablespoons olive oil frying vegetables
4 tablespoons oil frying meatballs
salt
pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Grate carrots and zucchini, onions and garlic cut. Fry the vegetables in hot olive oil and leave to cool.

 

Clean the fish from the bones (if not removed) and grind it (use a mincer). Then add the chilled vegetables, eggs, spices to taste and oatmeal.

Mix everything well and let the mixture stand for 30 minutes.

 

Then divide into small equal parts, flatten between your palms, forming flat round meatballs and roll in flour.

 

 

Fry them in oil until they acquire a golden crust on both sides.

 

You can submit with a set of your choice.
