Learn how to cook "Fish meatballs with spinach in milk sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 kg of minced fish
250 grams of spinach
2 eggs
2 teaspoons flour
150 grams of yellow cheese
mayonnaise
sour cream
milk
spices and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the minced meat with the chopped spinach, add the eggs, a little flour, salt and spices to taste. Knead everything. Cut the yellow cheese into pieces. From the minced meat form meatballs, in the middle of each put a piece of cheese and make into balls.
Prepare the sauce by mixing equal parts mayonnaise and milk, and the cream may be a little more in quantity. Add spices.
Arrange the meatballs in a pan and pour the sauce over them. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
