Learn how to cook "Fish meatballs with vegetables and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of fish fillet
1 carrot
1 onion
1 potato
2 cloves garlic
70 grams of white cabbage
1 egg
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
spices for fish to taste
breadcrumbs
oil
Method of preparation :
Grind the fillet together with the cleaned and peeled raw vegetables (use a mincer). Add the egg, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and fish spices to taste to the minced meat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, mix everything well with a spoon.
Form meatballs from the mixture, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil on both sides over medium heat until cooked.
