Learn how to cook "Fish meatballs with yellow cheese and dill". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of hake fillet or other fish of your choice
60 grams of yellow cheese (can Parmesan)
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
connection dill
white pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Grind the fillet to make minced meat. Add the grated yellow cheese, egg and finely chopped dill.
Knead, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour soy sauce and milk. Mix everything well and make meatballs with wet hands.
Fry them until golden and serve.
