Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

 

For the stuffing:

  • canned fish of choice
  • tomato paste, ketchup or fresh tomatoes to spread on the base
  • 1 - 2 apples
  • canned corn on request and to taste
  • yellow cheese to sprinkle to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Add the soda to the flour.

Pour the curd into a suitable container, add the egg, milk, oil. Then add the flour and knead the dough. If it turns out very sticky (it depends on the consistency of the curd), use more flour, about 1/2 cup of tea, but no more.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour (minimum).

Mash the fish with a fork.

Grease a baking dish with oil, put the dough in it and distribute it evenly with wet hands. Form "edges" of it at the edges. Smear the base with tomato puree or arrange tomato rings. Put the fish, finely chopped apples and sprinkle with grated cheese. If you are going to use corn, add it before the yellow cheese.

Place the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 150 degrees. 10 minutes before it is ready, you can increase the temperature to 180 degrees if the cheese is not baked enough.

The dish is ready.
