Required products :

  • 400 grams of dried white fish fillet of your choice
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 250 grams of spinach
  • 150 grams of cheddar
  • 4 pastry crusts

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Put the fish in a bowl and pour hot water over it. Leave to soak for a while.

Cut the spring onion and put it in a large pan with a fireproof handle. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil, fry for 2 minutes and add the spinach on top, let it melt and turn off the heat.

Add 100 milliliters of water from the one in which you soaked the fish.

Drain the fillet and cut into pieces, put them in the pan.

Grate most of the cheese on top and season with black pepper.

Cover with crusts, gently pushing them between the walls of the dish and the filling. Knead the last crust to make a more effective pie.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, pour a little olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
