Required products :

500 grams of fish fillet of your choice

100 grams of white bread

100 milliliters of fresh milk

1 egg

50 grams of butter

nutmeg

pepper

sol

For the filling:

2 onions

1 egg

1 cup boiled mushrooms

oil

sol

pepper

grated yellow cheese for sprinkling

egg for spreading

Method of preparation :

Soak the bread in the milk and grind together with the fish. Add the spices, melted butter, beaten egg and mix thoroughly.

Make the filling. To do this, stew the mushrooms and onions in oil and pour over the beaten egg mixed with water. Pour in the mixture until the consistency thickens.

Distribute part of the "minced meat" on the bottom and walls of a suitable shape, pour the mushrooms, press them and cover tightly with the remaining mixture.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

When you take it out, transfer the "ring" to a tray lined with baking paper, smear the surface with beaten egg, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the roll in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Instead of mushrooms you can use pickles with onions, for example.

Enjoy your meal!
