Required products :

500 grams of puff pastry
400 grams of salmon fillet (or other fish of your choice)
200 grams of spinach
2 boiled eggs
4 tablespoons cooking cream
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
ground black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation :
Cut the onion into semicircles and fry it until golden in hot oil. Add the washed spinach and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Cut half of the fillet into small pieces and put it in the bowl with the spinach and onion, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grind the remaining fish with a blender, pour the cream, boiled and grated eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 5 millimeters. Spread the resulting minced fish on it, followed by a layer of spinach combination with onions and fillet pieces. Form a tight roll and place in a suitable shape, the bottom of which you have covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the roll for 40 minutes.
You can serve by sprinkling with chopped fresh parsley or another favorite green spice.
